Do you have a favourite diffuser bottle that is empty and would like to fill it with one of our signature scents? Or refill one of our bottles?
We are now offering 100ml reed diffuser refills in aluminium bottles for only £9.
Don't forget, you will also need new reeds to go with your new scent which can be found here.
We decided to use aluminium bottles for our refill packs as aluminium is both 100% recyclable and reusable, and is the most recycled packaging in Europe*. Unlike other packaging, aluminium can be recycled forever without degrading. In fact, it is estimated that 80% of metal products ever produced in the world is still available for use*.

Reed Diffuser Refill
Place the reeds that came with your reed diffuser into the bottle to absorb the diffuser oil.
2. Flip reeds so that the "dry" side of the reeds is now closest to the bottle and the saturated end is in the air.
3. Place unsaturated (dry) end of the reeds into the bottle. Flip the reeds once a week for an extra burst of fragrance.
4. Let your reed diffuser naturally permeate your space. Reed diffusers will continue to evaporate into the air, creating a subtle and luxurious scent.
5. For a stronger scent place reed diffuser on a sunny windowsill or in a warm room. The heat accelerates the evaporation of the diffuser into the air.
Helpful Hints When Using Reed Diffusers
Flip reeds for more scent.
If you want to increase the scent, just flip the reeds. Please remember to always flip diffuser reeds over a paper towel and to wipe bottle so no oil drips onto your table/surface.Less reeds mean less scent.
In small spaces, like bathrooms, use less reeds. We find 3 to 4 diffuser reeds work well our home office. If we use all the reeds, it can be overwhelming in small spaces.Reed diffusers replace candles. Our customers enjoy using reed diffusers in restricted places where candles are not allowed. Reed diffusers are a great way to enhance the smell of a room without an open flame. In fact, diffuser oils are flammable so keep away from open flames.
Protect your tables & surfaces. Just like a glass of ice water can leave a ring on a wood table, reed diffusers work best when placed on a drink coaster (ceramic, glass, etc.) or glass table. Please use care when placing on wooden surfaces because the oils can leave marks.
Parents should keep diffusers out of reach from children. Diffusers are meant to stand up and to be left untouched. If children are around diffusers, please keep the diffusers higher and out of reach. Spilled diffusers can damage table surfaces. Diffuser oils should not be ingested.
Please remember - Diffuser oils are flammable, do not light and keep away from open flame. Do not ingest diffuser oils. Diffusers contain oils that can stain wood surfaces. Always wipe clean the bottom of your diffuser bottle before setting on any surface.
The EU's Classification, Labelling & Packaging Regulation ("CLP") stipulates that all products with hazardous substances must be labelled accordingly. CLP applies to non-cosmetic products, of any size, which contains hazardous subtances such as fragrance or essential oils (candles, wax melts/beads, reed diffusers, car air freshners, room mists, pillow mists, etc).
We take pride in conforming to EU/UK regulations despite there not being any specific laws in Guernsey that requrie manufactuers to do so.
